Search for Individuals

In the search screen, you have the option to search for association members, club members, and contacts. In addition to active members, you can also search for former members or prospective members. The screen opens, and with the large search field, you can directly search for a member based on a name or membership number. If you leave it blank and search, you will get all current members. But be aware: the more members the club has, the longer the retrieval will take.

If you are looking for a specific group of members, use the filters. On the right, there is the option “Show more” and this expands the filter menu. Various filter options are available. Think of playing/non-playing, type of membership, age, etc. Use the “Search” button again to display the selection.

Note: It is currently not possible to register new members, deregister members, or change membership types via Club Web. Until further notice, this will be done via the JAVA version of Sportlink Club. Once this is applicable, you will receive a notification.

Meaning of Icons

	Final	Member has been approved
	Old member	A member with the status 'withdrawn
	In process	In process by the federation (in process)
	On hold	In process by the federation (on hold)
	Rejected	Rejected by the federation
	Transfer	In process by the federation (transfer)
	Future withdrawal	A (federation) member with a future withdrawal date
	Aspiring member	A federation member pending approval by the club
